Our making time is 4–6 weeks as each charm is handmade with cold porcelain clay, which needs proper drying time. We always try to ship as soon as possible, but please place your order only after reading our Shipping & Return Policy.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, so please double-check before confirming.

- Each charm will come with a silver-colored specialty keychain.
- The clasp or chain may differ from the product picture — it could be Sakura-, heart-, or bear-shaped, depending on availability.
- All clasps are of equal value, and the charm design remains the same.

Since every piece is handmade, there may be small imperfections like tiny dents or specks of dust — that's part of the handmade charm!
