Thank you so much for your orders! Before we begin, I wanted to share some important information about our shipping and return policy.
Making Time
Our creations are made to order, which means we start crafting your piece after receiving your order. Due to the nature of our materials (air dry porcelain clay), our making time is 4–6 weeks. Please note that once your order is placed, it's non-cancellable. If you'd like to cancel your order during the making process, unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to entertain that request. I'll do my best to create and ship your order as soon as possible.
Once your order is shipped, the tracking ID will be automatically sent to your registered mobile number.

Shipping
Once your order is picked up by our delivery agent, it's no longer in our control. We'll do our best to assist with any issues that may arise, but we appreciate your understanding in case of any problems.
Returns and Refunds
We don't accept returns or refunds unless there's damage to the product or the wrong item was sent. In such cases, we'll need a proper unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery to process a refund or replacement.
Shipping Charges
We charge a flat ₹65 for Pan-India delivery, which covers the actual shipping cost. We don't profit from shipping.
Address Changes
If you need to update your address, please email me at your-email@gmail.com. Unfortunately, we can process address changes through DMs or messages.
